[Remote] Associate Salesforce Admin

They are seeking an Associate Salesforce Admin to manage the QA process for email marketing campaigns, ensuring high standards of quality and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end QA process for email assets created within SFMC using drag-and-drop templates or approved content blocks.
• Ensure all campaign assets meet visual, functional, and branding standards prior to deployment.
• Conduct rendering previews, link validations, subject line checks, and dynamic content validations to detect and fix inconsistencies.
• Maintain documentation of QA protocols and continuously optimize internal checklists and validation processes.
• Leverage platform-native features like subject line testing and predictive content blocks (e.g. Einstein Recommendations) to validate and enhance email performance, where applicable.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Liaise with the Content team to track asset readiness and confirm timely delivery of images, copy, and other creative components.
• Collaborate with the Activation and Campaign Coordination roles to align on timelines and ensure all QA checkpoints are met prior to go-live.
• Partner with technical teams when needed to flag issues outside of drag-and-drop scope or requiring backend fixes.
• Identify recurring QA issues and recommend improvements to templates, content modules, or campaign processes to reduce errors over time.
• Support knowledge-sharing within the team by documenting findings, QA learnings, and platform-specific best practices.
• Champion the importance of quality and attention to detail as a critical element of consumer experience.
Skills
• 3 years of experience in email marketing operations, QA, or related roles with a strong emphasis on campaign validation and execution readiness
• Proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Content Builder, Preview & Test tools) and/or similar marketing automation platforms
• High attention to detail with a passion for maintaining brand consistency, technical accuracy, and flawless consumer experiences
• Familiarity with email rendering tools (e.g. Litmus or Email on Acid) and cross-device testing best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage QA across multiple campaigns under tight timelines
• Strong collaboration skills to work closely with Content, Activation, and technical teams
• Experience working in enterprise environments, ideally in FMCG/CPG, retail, or data-driven industries
• Basic knowledge of email performance metrics and how QA contributes to overall success (e.g. deliverability, CTR, error rates)
• Exposure to platform features like Einstein Copy Insights or Subject Line Testing for performance enhancement
• Understanding of accessibility standards and email compliance (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) considered a plus
• Background in high-volume, regulated environments
• Certification in Salesforce Email Specialist or equivalent
