Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of customer inquiries, resolving post-order issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This is not just about answering another call – it's about making a meaningful impact on our clients' lives. Key Responsibilities

  • Compassionately assist clients with navigating an array of post-order issues, such as delivery questions, damages, returns, replacements, assembly services, and order notifications
  • Exhibit reliability and commitment to being available and on time for your full shift every day, ensuring we're prepared and available to help our clients when they need us most
  • Handle a high volume of calls, approximately 50-60 per shift, in a quick-moving and highly organized environment
  • Meet our superior performance bar by exceeding customer satisfaction and achieving client care proficiency metrics and other duties as assigned
  • Professionally connect with clients, building relationships and providing personalized solutions to their concerns
  • Listen effectively and show empathy, utilizing your peace-making skills to resolve client concerns and provide a positive experience
  • Be educated and perform multiple tasks, navigating various programs, tabs, tools, and separate orders to quickly and effectively answer questions
  • Elevate fundamental issues, identifying areas where improvement is required for blithequark clients and offering any patterns with leadership

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Hold a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • Be able to read, write, and understand Spanish and English
  • Have knowledge of working within Windows Operating Systems or equivalent
  • Be available to attend our 100% mandatory training program, with no exceptions for misses, downtime, or lateness

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a more competitive candidate:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
