As a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you will play a vital role in assisting customers with complex inquiries related to financial, 401K, or investment questions. You will be the go-to person for customers across the U.S., providing expert guidance and support as they navigate important decisions about their life insurance or retirement plans. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a range of complex inquiries, including financial, 401K, or investment questions, and provide detailed solutions to ensure first-call resolution.
  • Play an instrumental role in helping customers make informed decisions about their financial needs, with a focus on supporting their long-term goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily goals and objectives, participating in team meetings and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Utilize technology to enhance conversations with customers, including proficiency with computers and common office software.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Bilingual Customer Service Advocate at blithequark, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues alike. Compensation and Benefits
