As a Staff Assistant I, Technical Operations, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, handling overtime tasks, and contributing to the planning of training sessions. You may also be required to maintain WorkBrain sections for all team members and serve as a backup when needed. To succeed in this role, you should be able to type at a speed of 35 WPM.
**What You'll Do**
As a Staff Assistant I, Technical Operations, your key responsibilities will include:
* Providing managerial support to team members in the group
* Handling overtime tasks and ensuring timely completion
* Contributing to the planning of training sessions and workshops
* Maintaining WorkBrain sections for all team members
* Serving as a backup when required, providing support and assistance to the team
* Meeting the typing speed requirement of 35 WPM

To excel in this role, you'll require:
* A minimum of a Bachelor's degree and prior professional training
* A high school diploma or GED equivalency
* Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree and prior professional training
* Working knowledge and experience with computers and Microsoft Office applications

* Familiarity with SharePoint and Workbrain
* Strong organizational and time management skills
