We're a team of passionate, innovative, and collaborative professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the world. **Job Summary** As a Customer Experience Program Manager, you'll be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You'll work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop and implement effective project management strategies, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and develop effective project management strategies * Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver cloud-based solutions that meet the needs of our customers * Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery * Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams * Analyze data and metrics to inform project decisions and drive results * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in our cloud offerings **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Math, Business, or related field * 2+ years of experience in program management, project management, data analysis, or product development * Proven track record of driving results in complex, multi-disciplinary programs * Strong technical skills, including experience with cloud-based technologies and data analysis tools * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and delivery **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Science, Math, Business, or related field * 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, data analysis, or product development * Experience with US Government compliance and contracting principles * Strong experience with cloud-based technologies, including Azure and AWS * Experience with data analysis tools, including Excel, SQL, and Tableau * Strong experience with project management tools, including Asana, Jira, and MS Project * Strong experience with communication and collaboration tools, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom **Security Clearance** This position requires a US Government Top Secret clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) with Polygraph.
