As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of professionals who share your passion for innovation and customer success. **Job Summary** As a Customer Business Outcome Specialist, you will be responsible for executing and carrying out a 3-to-5-year Business Case for Digital Change with our clients, joined with our ecosystem of partners and industry leaders. Your primary focus will be on managing associations with the field sales community to find and approve the clients' ideal business results, evaluate the worth, identify the capability needs, and survey the clients' development level. You will also model the situations of financial effect, execute Arrangement Evaluations, and apply our Client Business Result (CBO) procedure. **Key Responsibilities** * Define an ATU Field Commitment model for Client Business Results (CBO) with regards to our clients' business that begins with their ideal business results. * Execute and convey CBO Studio that will approve the clients' business results, identify business and technical capabilities that should be adopted or developed, survey the current and desired state of development as a Development Model, and guide these capabilities from a Change Engineering to a Microsoft Reference Design. * Connect directly with clients and record groups to execute the CBO Disclosure Studios, Arrangement Appraisals, and Business Imagining studios. * Model and mentor the Record Chief (AE) and Record Innovation Planner (ATS) community to complete arranged and created systems with accounts we are engaged to win where we will establish Microsoft as the partner of choice within a vertical. * Recognize industry-savvy authorities expected to ensure alignment to Americas Portion of Development and Business Result Methodology. * Lead multiple, highly complex commitments across different capabilities, which ultimately consolidate into one comprehensive model for engaging clients in a Business Result-focused sales movement. **Essential Qualifications** * Four-year certification in IT, Business, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years of sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development experience. * Or, Important certificates from blithequark or competitive stages AND 5+ years of sales, technical sales, marketing, communications, licensing, or channel/business development experience. * Or, 8+ years of sales or sales evaluation counseling, or related experience. * Or, comparable experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * 12+ years of sales experience. * Or, sales evaluation counseling, or related experience. * 3+ years of experience with cross-functional responsibilities (e.g., project manager for critical projects with cross-functional/cross-country impact and enrollment). * Azure Essentials, Current Workplace Basics, or Elements certification(s), or other related autonomous cloud certifications. * Arrangement Evaluation IC5 - The average base salary range for this job across the U.S. is USD $122,400 - $216,500 per year.
