Job Summary

The Product Owner will oversee the full product lifecycle — from ideation to launch — driving strategy, development, and delivery of new features and products. This role is responsible for defining product roadmaps, integrating user feedback, ensuring delivery alignment with business goals, and maintaining clear communication across teams and stakeholders. The Product Owner will act as the bridge between business, users, and engineering, ensuring that all solutions deliver measurable customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy through market research, user analysis, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Build and manage comprehensive product roadmaps and oversee release planning to ensure impactful, timely feature delivery.

  • Translate strategic objectives into prioritized product features with clear timelines and measurable success criteria.

  • Conduct customer journey analysis to identify pain points, opportunities, and optimizations.

  • Gather customer requirements via onboarding sessions, interviews, and ongoing feedback loops.

  • Collaborate with tech, design, and business teams to align technical solutions with business goals.

  • Define and document user stories and acceptance criteria in Jira.

  • Track and report KPIs and performance metrics for continuous improvement.

  • Drive go-to-market strategies and collaborate with marketing and sales for product adoption.

  • Apply Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) — including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of Product Management, market research, and Agile methodologies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Strong emotional intelligence, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to guide strategy.

  • Self-starter with proven problem-solving and process improvement abilities.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication — able to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.

  • Preferred: SQL proficiency for data analysis and validation.

What We Offer

  • 100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive. All it takes is a laptop and a reliable internet connection.

  • Highly Competitive USD Pay: Earn an excellent, market-leading compensation in USD that goes beyond typical market offerings.

  • Paid Time Off: We value your well-being. Our paid time off policies ensure you have the chance to unwind and recharge when needed.

  • Work with Autonomy: Enjoy the freedom to manage your time as long as the work gets done. Focus on results, not the clock.

  • Work with Top American Companies: Grow your expertise working on innovative, high-impact projects with Industry-Leading U.S. Companies.

Why You’ll Like Working Here

  • A Culture That Values You: We prioritize well-being and work-life balance, offering engagement activities and fostering dynamic teams to ensure you thrive both personally and professionally.

  • Diverse, Global Network: Connect with over 600 professionals in 25+ countries, expand your network, and collaborate with a multicultural team from Latin America.

  • Team Up with Skilled Professionals: Join forces with senior talent. All of our team members are seasoned experts, ensuring you’re working with the best in your field.
