About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to work remotely from Kentucky. As a remote employee, you must remain a resident of Kentucky, reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky, and perform all work within the state of Kentucky. Key Responsibilities
- Engaging directly with pharmacy customers who contact blithequark for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms
- Researching and problem-solving to determine appropriate solutions for customers and following up as needed to resolve issues
- Going above and beyond to "wow" our customers and provide exceptional service
- Thinking critically and creatively to help customers and provide solutions while adhering to high safety and regulatory standards
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and think critically
- Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license
- A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and making a positive impact on the lives of pets and their owners
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Experience working in a pet-related industry or with pets
- Knowledge of pharmacy operations and regulations
- Experience with customer service software and technology
- Bilingual or multilingual skills
