What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll engage directly with our customers who contact us for a variety of topics, primarily via inbound calls and other communication platforms. Your goal will be to research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for our customers, following up as needed to resolve issues and ensure their complete satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via inbound calls and other communication platforms to resolve issues and provide solutions

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and think critically
• Flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
• Must be able to pass a background check for a KY Rx Tech license

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
