**Essential Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
* Application data entry and online chat inquiries as assigned
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates
* Managing time and tasks effectively, with multitasking and task prioritization
* Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing, with eligibility to proceed through training and certifications dependent upon passing required exams

**Qualifications**
