**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Resolving non-standard and escalated customer issues through effective problem-solving and communication
* Providing exceptional customer service via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
* Maintaining in-depth knowledge of client products and services to ensure accurate and informed support
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
* Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
* Adhering to shift schedules and maintaining acceptable attendance, with flexibility to rotate shifts as needed
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of one year of customer service experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams
* Proficiency in computer navigation and PC skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly

* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
* Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations

**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
* Experience working in a help desk or customer service environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and communication
* Knowledge of client products and services, with a strong understanding of their features and benefits
* Experience working with CRM software and other customer service tools
