[Remote] Gift Card, Operations Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sephora is a leading beauty retailer, and they are seeking an Operations Specialist for their Gift Card program. This role involves supporting strategic initiatives and operational functions to drive gift card activations and redemptions, working closely with various cross-functional teams and managing corporate gift card orders. Responsibilities • Run weekly and monthly sales and ad hoc reports as needed. Build Excel-based tools for reporting purposes and gather needed data points. • Create and update presentations with reporting data. • Work with manager to identify and prioritize opportunities in alignment of business needs • Conduct departmental administration tasks. • Research and gather industry information & trends. • Gatekeeper for Internal Gift Card requests for entire organization. Manage and review Internal Requests from cross functional partners to determine most appropriate and efficient fulfillment. • Provides gift card support from order placement to gift card activation. • Provide gift card research and devalue requests from external business partners. • Assist with solving client issues by managing corporate gift inbox. • Organize and keep track of campaign launch details • Manage and maintain marketing calendars • Ensure asset delivery to media vehicle owners from creative and project management • Coordinate and update external websites with any marketing needs. Skills • Exceptional written and oral communication skills • Proven ability to take initiative, stay flexible, and excel in fast-paced, high-volume and deadline-driven environment • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred • Problem solving and analytical skills, strong numbers aptitude • Well-organized, extremely detailed, project and results oriented • Exceptional ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively • Self-motivated and desire to learn quickly • Ability to work in fast-paced, often-changing environment, Flexible; team player • Proficiency with MS Office, advanced Excel skills preferred Education Requirements • Minimum educational level: Bachelor’s Degree required Company Overview • Sephora is an online shopping site that offers a range of beauty products such as cosmetics and skincare items.
