About the Role: Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative
As a Customer Service and Inside Sales Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, explaining products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to new and existing customers. Your goal will be to build strong relationships with our customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions that meet their expectations. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls focusing on customer retention and sales growth
- Explain products and services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns, demonstrating empathy and building rapport
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services, staying up-to-date on new developments and offerings
- Assist in correcting billing concerns and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
Essential Qualifications:
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, restaurant, or call center experience) is beneficial
- High School Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and systems, with a strong willingness to adapt to changing environments
- Computer proficiency, including knowledge of Windows-based applications and software
- Flexibility to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a proven track record of success
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
