About the Role

As a remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be part of an organically diverse team from over 70 countries, where every member contributes and supports each other's success and well-being. You will be responsible for providing inbound customer support using a call flow guide in the customer's preferred language, helping customers resolve basic technical issues, tracking and documenting information in databases, and maintaining broad knowledge of client products and/or services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service support and resolution of routine problems and questions regarding client's products and/or services via inbound/outbound calls and/or the Internet.
  • Help customers resolve basic technical issues and offer additional products and/or services as needed.
  • Maintain a quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home and adhere to blithequark's remote work policies.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services.
  • Deliver expert customer experiences with a smile, and consistently meet or exceed performance standards.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • The ability to speak fluent French and English.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • A high school diploma or GED.
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
  • A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing, as well as high-speed internet (no wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology.
  • Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
  • Knowledge of customer service software and technology.
