Key Responsibilities

As a 2nd Shift Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively
  • Utilizing computer skills in a Windows-based environment to manage customer interactions
  • Maintaining a high level of productivity while working in a fast-paced environment

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following attributes, skills, and qualifications:

  • Computer skills in a Windows-based environment
  • A minimum typing speed of 25-30 words per minute
  • Demonstrated integrity, honesty, and a strong work ethic
  • Punctuality and great attendance record
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining efficiency and composure
  • Must be able to pass a post-offer/pre-employment background check
  • Bilingual candidates are highly valued and encouraged to apply

Work from Home Requirements

To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • High-speed broadband internet with a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps and download speed of 10 Mbps
  • WiFi connections only (satellite internet is not supported)
  • Currently, we are hiring in the following states: Indiana, North Carolina, Nevada, Tennessee, Texas, Pennsylvania, and Arizona (bilingual candidates only)

Training and Shift Availability

Our comprehensive training program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in your role. Training hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-4:30pm CT. For this position, you will be required to work either Saturday or Sunday, with availability needed between 1pm-11pm CT.
