About the Role

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient entry of data into our systems. This is a remote position, offering you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into the QuickClaim system using a constant supply of images, ensuring high levels of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Identify document types based on the provided documentation, demonstrating strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Review and verify entered data to ensure it meets or exceeds quality requirements, maintaining the highest standards of data integrity.
  • Ensure all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential, following HIPAA standards and adhering to blithequark's strict data protection policies.
  • Professionally interact with other staff members as needed, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, demonstrating a proactive and innovative approach to your work.
  • Work until all tasks are completed for the day, ensuring a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform other basic office duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Required to maintain confidentiality of client data, adhering to blithequark's strict data protection policies and procedures.
  • Must be able to read and speak English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • WPM Typing Test: The requirements for this typing test are 50 WPM @ 95% accuracy, demonstrating strong typing skills and efficiency.
  • KPH Typing Test: The requirements for this typing test are 4,500 KPH @ 95% accuracy, demonstrating high levels of productivity and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in data entry or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations and processes, with an understanding of the importance of data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Experience with QuickClaim or similar systems, demonstrating familiarity with data entry software and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies and errors.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $12 per hour, with part-time and full-time openings available. Full-time positions are preferred, with a minimum of 20 hours per week required. Available shifts vary between 8:00am-9:00pm CST, Monday-Friday, offering flexibility and work-life balance. In addition to your hourly rate, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
