We're committed to fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, and we're always looking for talented individuals who share our values and vision. **What You'll Be Doing** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients' customers, providing exceptional support and resolving questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Answering inbound calls from customers with questions and concerns about their accounts (average of 40-50 calls per day) * Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or website inquiries * Identifying customer needs and providing complete and accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction * Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints and difficult situations in a calm and empathetic manner * Processing required transactions via web-based applications * Submitting research requests in a concise and accurate manner * Maintaining a thorough knowledge of blithequark's company and client programs, policies, and technology * Communicating effectively in a warm and empathetic manner * Adhering to confidentiality requirements and laws to ensure information is disseminated only to authorized individuals * Providing support to other positions/operations in cases of heavy workloads or absences **What You'll Get** As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll enjoy a range of benefits and perks, including: * Full-time employment with a competitive hourly rate of $14.00 starting on day one * Shift differential of $1.00 per hour and weekend shift differential of $1.50 per hour * Incentive plan with the opportunity to earn up to an additional $350 a month contingent upon meeting all metrics (call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence) after training * Paid training scheduled Monday-Friday (pending CST) * Career growth opportunities in a dynamic and innovative company * Great work environment with a team of dedicated professionals * Benefits package including vacation, sick time, and holiday pay, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and additional benefits (eligible on day one) * 401K plan **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a range of skills and qualifications, including: * The ability to convey complex information in clear and concise terms to ensure customer understanding * Strong commitment and work ethic * Consistent attendance with the ability to meet work schedule including the required training period * Successful completion of blithequark's 3-to-6-week new hire paid training program * Effective and accurate written and verbal communication skills * Effective problem-solving skills * Ability to navigate multiple applications/screens and research solutions with ease * Love helping people and guiding them to the best solution for their issue * Excitement by innovative technology * Ability to provide calm conflict resolution and problem-solving for frustrated customers * Ability to work in a structured environment for the duration of your allotted, full-time schedule taking high-volume calls from consumers **Required Qualifications** * Must be at least 18 years of age or older * Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent * Six months minimum experience in call center, customer service, and/or dispatcher experience * Customer service experience * Working knowledge of computer and Windows personal computer applications, including the ability to learn new and complex computer system applications * Must be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, and security clearance (fingerprints) * Must comply with camera requirements when attending meetings and training * Must have verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed is required to support business needs) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). The company will provide computer equipment. **Preferred Qualifications** * 1+ years of previous call center experience **Location** To be considered for this role, you must live in one of the following states: * AL, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MS, MO, NH, NJ, NC, ND, OH, OK, PA, RI, SC, VT, VA, WV, WI **Pay Transparency Laws** Please note that pay transparency laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information. For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive.
