Are you ready to take your career to new heights? **About the Role** As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of blithequark in our airports and at our gates, creating memorable experiences for our customers and building lasting relationships with them. You'll interact with our global customers in our doors and at our gates, assisting them with check-in, baggage handling, welcoming them as they begin and end their journey, and doing it all with a smile. You'll provide friendly, professional, and efficient assistance to help resolve customer travel issues and make their experience exceptional. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answering and coordinating incoming calls, welcoming, and advising customers, tagging, and handling baggage * Processing tickets, determining fares, and directing customers to ensure their travel needs are met * Collaborating with customers in a kind and helpful way is critical to creating memorable experiences and building customer loyalty and commitment * Moving forward and anticipating customer needs while maintaining high standards of accountability when dealing with difficult customers * Working every day with a security mindset by ensuring we hold ourselves and each other to the highest standards **Requirements:** * High school graduate or equivalent diploma * At least 18 years of age * Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Spanish * Open to working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies * Physical ability to stand and walk for the entire shift, as well as lift and handle baggage * Ability to attend training in different countries * Ability to work any shift assigned to you within a 24-hour, 7-day-a-week operation, which may include late evenings, early hours, weekends, and holidays * Legally authorized to work in Puerto Rico without sponsorship * Ability to meet the Organization's participation guidelines and uniform and appearance standards * Hold a valid ID and U.S. visa **What Will Help You Stand Out from the Crowd:** * Past airline, travel, or hospitality work experience * Four-year college education * blithequark is an equal opportunity employer.
