As a Chat Support Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from approved states, with a flexible schedule that includes shifts between 5 AM and 11 PM MST. You will also receive comprehensive training, a competitive starting base pay of $15.00 per hour, and bonus potential of up to $6/hr.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer 2-3 incoming chats using our LiveEngage platform, providing top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Consult customers on enhancing the value of their contact lens purchase, identifying and resolving problems in a way that creates a positive customer experience
  • Proactively communicate and engage with your manager and team members to be successful in a virtual work environment, including one-on-one meetings, team meetings, and team chats
  • Maintain high performance metrics, including revenue per call, quality, availability, and dependability, while living our company values: Big Hearted, Unconventional, Tenacious, Better Together

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years minimum customer service experience
  • Great typing skills (at least 40 words per minute) and technical proficiency
  • Reliable internet connection and speeds of 20 mbps download and 10 mbps upload, or better
  • A private, dedicated workplace, free from interruption or distraction that promotes confidentiality
  • Positive, driven, and solution-oriented mentality
  • Ability to show up to work on time and work your scheduled shift

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment
  • Familiarity with LiveEngage or similar chat platforms
  • Knowledge of the vision care industry or contact lens products
  • Experience with performance metrics and quality assurance
