Key Responsibilities
As a Virtual Job Application Specialist at blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough searches on high-quality job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and BuiltIn for specific job titles provided by our team
- Pasting the URL for each job, along with other relevant details such as location, pay, and company name, into a shared Google Sheet
- Applying for positions using a provided email address, resume information, and answering any additional questions using the information supplied by our team
- Recording the date and time of each application submission in the Google Sheet
- Maintaining a high level of productivity, with an expected throughput of at least 3 roles and applications per hour
Performance-Based Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30 for every hour worked, based on the expected throughput of 3 roles and applications per hour. For hours where 4 or more relevant applications are submitted, the hourly rate increases to $40. All payments will be made within 24 hours of time entry into the Google Sheet. Please note that "relevant" applications refer to those that align with our specific job search criteria, such as software engineering roles, and do not include random submissions to unrelated companies.
