**Schedule Requirements**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be working from the comfort of your own home for 20 hours per week. Your schedule will be Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 6:00pm, with flexibility to adjust as needed. This role requires a high level of independence, self-motivation, and excellent time management skills.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Building relationships with our clients to better understand their unique needs and concerns
* Fulfilling requests and answering questions for internal and external customers
* Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone or electronically
* Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external clients
* Managing customer portfolios
* Organizing the workflow to meet customers' time frames and demands
* Data entry of client information, electronic filing, and retrieval of documents
* Navigating between multiple databases quickly and accurately
* Researching, analyzing, reviewing, and processing legal documents
* Recommending process improvements where applicable
* Maintaining and growing existing customer business by providing outstanding service and by recognizing and proactively offering appropriate services
