With over 6 million students enrolled in our online and offline education platform, we are committed to making education better through the power of love and technology. **Your Role** As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be an integral part of our Customer Success team, responsible for providing exceptional support and consultation to our parent-clients. Your primary objectives will be to: * Act as the go-to resource for parent-clients, ensuring their concerns are heard, understood, and addressed quickly. * Foster positive, long-lasting relationships with parents and students, delivering exceptional service that builds trust and satisfaction. * Address parent questions or concerns, ensuring that parent and student needs are met effectively and in a timely manner. * Serve as the primary contact for potential customers, answering questions and providing support and consultation via WeChat, email, and phone calls. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide timely and effective support to parent-clients, addressing their concerns and needs. * Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and students, ensuring their satisfaction and trust. * Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, both verbally and in writing. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience. * Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and features to provide accurate information to customers. * Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge. **Essential Qualifications** * Previous customer service or customer-facing experience is highly desired. * Passion for learning and excitement to grow by tackling challenges head-on within a team. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs and concerns. * Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment. * Quick and clear in communication, with a knack for timely responses. * Fluency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in the education technology industry or a related field. * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and tools. * Familiarity with WeChat and other social media platforms. * Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. **Work Environment and Culture** * Remote work arrangement, allowing you to work from anywhere that suits you best. * Fast-paced and dynamic environment, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills. * Collaborative team culture, with a focus on customer satisfaction and success. * Ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge. **Compensation and Benefits** * Flexible remote work arrangement, with a competitive hourly rate of $18-$20. * Performance-based commission, rewarding hard work and dedication. * Professional growth opportunities, including training and development programs. * Access to a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
