Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree being a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry, is highly desirable, as well as strong communication skills with the ability to empathize and problem-solve.
