Key Responsibilities

  • Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Proactively identifying solutions to questions and concerns, and taking a hands-on approach to resolving issues from start to finish
  • Collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advisement and support when necessary
  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries, ensuring a best-in-class service experience
  • Helping customers navigate our website and providing technical support as needed
  • Promoting customer privacy and safety by adhering to our Work From Home policy and maintaining confidentiality
  • Working in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member and collaborate with others

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a healthcare environment
