Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging in non-scripted customer interactions via phone, email, and software chat applications, providing personalized support and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Performing administrative duties as assigned, including data entry, database navigation, and other back-office processing support, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, and ensuring that all tasks are completed with attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of professional work experience, preferably in a customer-facing or back-office environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and other programs within the MS Office Suite, with the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • The ability to pass a background check, ensuring that you meet our company's high standards for integrity and trustworthiness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous business processing or back-office experience, with a strong understanding of energy efficiency programs and customer support principles
