Experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Part-Time Remote Contractor for Dynamic Online Education Platform

About the Role
We are looking for a customer-centric and resourceful individual who can provide top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking customers. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer service tickets, resolving issues, and providing solutions to ensure an exceptional customer experience. If you are a self-starter with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for helping others, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all customer service tickets from Spanish-speaking customers via Zendesk and WhatsApp, responding to tickets within 24 hours (except on weekends)
- Update customer accounts in various platforms and work inside our payment processing system to assist with refunds, subscription changes, and other tasks
- Solve problems and brainstorm solutions with the team in both English and Spanish
- Maintain and update Customer Service SOPs for the brand
- Work a maximum of 10 hours per week (to start), with the potential for expansion based on performance and business needs
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
- Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to manage your own time and tasks effectively

Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment
- Familiarity with our tech stack, including Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Searchie (Membership.Io), Zendesk, Chargebee, Keap, Loom, and Google Suite
- Experience working with online education platforms or digital products
- Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
