As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will be an integral part of this team, working closely with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to address their needs and resolve issues efficiently.
**Job Description**
As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer service to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met accurately and efficiently. Your primary duties will include:
* Following approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims
* Continuously evaluating current policies and SOPs, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending process enhancements
* Handling sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Reading and understanding explanation of benefits or correspondence
* Documenting all activity made to a claim
* Communicating via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients
* Utilizing tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent
* The ability to work from home independently, managing your time and tasks effectively while maintaining productivity
* Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
**Technical Requirements**
To ensure seamless communication and data exchange, you will need:
* A reliable internet connection with a download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second
* No satellite internet
* The ability to connect equipment to a router/modem using an Ethernet cord (no Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspots with Ethernet ports)

**Pay Range and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $21.00. Regular, full-time or part-time employees working 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(K), ESPP, paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), commissions, and company bonus where applicable.
**Schedule and Application Window**
The schedule for this position is Monday-Thursday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST, and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. The application window closes on September 11, 2024.
