**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
* Making continuous outbound calls to consumers, verifying their information, and filtering out small home improvement jobs to ensure our partners are investing their time in the proper channels.
* Utilizing an on-screen script and flowchart efficiently to navigate customer interactions.
* Documenting and updating customer records based on interactions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
* Warmly handoff consumers to our partners, setting them up for success and ensuring a seamless experience.
**Qualifications**

**Shifts Available**
We offer two flexible shift options to accommodate your needs:

* Full-time: 40 hours per week, with the following schedule:
