Job Overview

As an Online Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing real-time support to customers via online chat software. Your primary goal will be to offer quick and accurate assistance, addressing any questions or concerns our clients' website visitors may have. This is an entry-level position that reports to the Online Chat Manager, and you will be expected to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a larger team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless resolution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop relationships with new customers to better understand and meet their needs, promoting a positive and personalized experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and problems accurately and efficiently, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Promote interest in our clients' products and services, highlighting their value and benefits to potential customers.
  • Maintain a positive and professional image at all times, reflecting the values and mission of blithequark.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team as needed, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
