**Role Overview**
As an Experienced Virtual Assistant / Airbnb Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and assisting with our short-term rental operations, including platform management, guest communications, housekeeping coordination, and resolving guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. You will also process reservations, provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods, and contribute to maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Guest and Reservation Management:
+ Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner
+ Process reservations and manage guest communication throughout their stay
+ Provide accurate information about our properties and neighborhoods
* Virtual Property Management:
+ Coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure properties are clean and ready for guests
+ Arrange for amenities and services as needed
+ Monitor and resolve guest issues related to property conditions
* Cleaner Management, Scheduling, and Coordination:
+ Schedule and coordinate housekeeping services for our properties
+ Manage relationships with cleaning vendors and ensure high-quality service
+ Monitor and resolve issues related to cleaning services
**Success Metrics**
* Maintain a quick response rate to all inquiries (less than 1 hour)
* Resolve all guest issues with a high sense of urgency (less than 3 hours or ASAP)
* Contribute to a review rating of 4.8 or higher
**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of customer service experience
* 2+ years of vacation rental customer service or hotel experience
* Availability to work during normal U.S. business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST)
* Strong verbal, written, and reading skills in English
* Excellent typing skills (speed and accuracy)
* Tech-savvy with ability to learn new technologies quickly
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Excellent customer service skills and conflict resolution experience
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with Airbnb customer service
* Ability to work with multiple technology platforms in a fast-paced environment
