**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Digital Chat Agent to join our team, who will be responsible for moderating online chat rooms and forums, engaging with users, and building a positive community. As a Digital Chat Agent, you will be the face of blithequark, and your primary goal will be to create a positive and inclusive online environment where users can interact and share their thoughts and ideas without fear of harassment or abuse.
**Responsibilities**
As a Digital Chat Agent, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Monitoring Online Chat Rooms and Forums**: You will be responsible for monitoring online chat rooms and forums regularly, identifying any inappropriate user behavior, and utilizing monitoring tools to track user activity.
* **Enforcing Chat Room and Forum Guidelines**: You will be responsible for enforcing the guidelines set by blithequark, familiarizing yourself with the platform's rules on hate speech, harassment, and inappropriate content, and using tact, diplomacy, and excellent communication skills to enforce the rules.
* **Responding to User Inquiries and Concerns**: You will be responsible for promptly addressing user inquiries and concerns, providing accurate and helpful information regarding the platform's features, policies, and technical issues, and resolving any issues users might encounter.
* **Documenting User Interactions and Maintaining Records**: You will be responsible for keeping detailed records of user interactions, documenting any issues or incidents that occur on the platform, recording the actions taken to resolve these issues, and tracking user behavior over time.
