Our team of world-class photo editors then works tirelessly to deliver beautiful, cohesive, and on-brand headshots within just three business days. **Your Role**
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you'll be part of our marketing and sales team, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat in a timely and effective manner
* Drafting answers to product questions and providing clear, concise information about our services
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and ensure seamless experiences
* Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell our services, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
* Analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements to our products and services

**Requirements and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, communications, business)
* 5+ years of full-time work experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in customer relationship management
* Strong time management and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

**Time Commitments**
