About the Role: Customer Care Representative

In this vital role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with personalized support and guidance on their medication, billing, insurance, and other pharmacy-related inquiries. Key Responsibilities:

  • Virtually assist customers and other advisors over the phone, email, and web with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries.
  • Manage both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled professionally and with empathy.
  • Proactively identify solutions to questions you anticipate our customers having in each interaction, demonstrating a proactive and customer-centric approach to your work.
  • Take a hands-on approach to resolving every issue, owning it from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support and guidance.
  • Provide best-in-class service experience for our customers while working in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that our customers have a clear understanding of their options and benefits.
  • Provide our customers with technical support when navigating pharmacy.blithequark.com, ensuring that they can easily access the information and resources they need.
  • Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
  • Understand each interaction is about more than solving a single problem, but an opportunity to build a long-term relationship with our customers, demonstrating a commitment to their ongoing health and wellbeing.
  • Promote customer privacy and safety by maintaining adherence to blithequark's Work From Home policy, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with confidentiality and respect.

Essential Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
  • 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating proficiency in technology and software applications.
  • 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or pharmacy environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment, with a strong understanding of pharmacy operations and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals and objectives.

  • Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively in resolving customer inquiries and issues.
