We're seeking entry-level customer service representatives to provide top-notch support to our clients, primarily through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions. As a blithequark contractor, you'll have the flexibility to create a schedule that suits your needs, while enjoying competitive hourly rates and opportunities for additional incentives.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions
- Help customers with their needs, resolving issues and answering questions in a friendly, empathetic, and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with our clients to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet performance metrics and client-specific requirements
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and helpful responses
Schedule and Flexibility:
We understand that everyone's schedule is unique, which is why we offer flexible work arrangements to accommodate your needs. You'll have the opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you, with the majority of work hours taking place during weekdays and daytime hours.Earnings and Revenue:
As a blithequark contractor, your earnings will vary based on the client you're working with, with competitive rates typically ranging from $14 to $20 per hour. Your pay will be determined by your phone call status when assisting customers, and you'll have opportunities to earn additional incentives based on client and performance metrics.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Technology and Equipment Requirements:
To ensure seamless connectivity and clear communication, you'll need:- A quiet and secure work environment during working hours

- A wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
- High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed for seamless connectivity (mobile home internet and satellite internet services are not permitted)
- A valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
- A smartphone, Android tablet, or iPad for program work, along with an authentication app
- A Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system (some clients may accept AppleOS)
