With a focus on innovation and user-centric design, we're creating a platform that sets a new standard for online education. **Your Role:** As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you will be the primary point of contact for our users, providing top-notch support and guidance to ensure a smooth learning experience. Your responsibilities will include:- Learning our software product and answering support questions from users
- Helping to write and maintain our help center documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Testing our product and reporting any issues you encounter to help us improve and refine our platform
- Fluent, native-like English language skills, as you'll be writing to customers and creating documentation in English
- Familiarity with software products, web hosting services, and online course platforms (ideally with experience in these areas)
- Basic understanding of DNS concepts, including setting up DNS records for a website using CNAME and CAA DNS records (a huge plus!)
- Previous customer support experience, particularly in the online education or software industry
- Experience with online course platforms, web hosting services, or software products
- Knowledge of DNS concepts and experience with setting up DNS records
- A competitive monthly salary of $300 USD (negotiable)
- A full-time freelance position with flexible scheduling (8 hours a day, with most hours in the morning and afternoon of your timezone)
