You will work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes, leveraging your analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business outcomes. **Key Responsibilities** * Execute requests to update and maintain core data management systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data * Troubleshoot and resolve record problems in a timely and efficient manner * Provide exceptional customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and develop new processes * Analyze data and identify trends, making recommendations for process improvements and data-driven decision-making * Develop and maintain documentation for data management processes and procedures * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve data management systems and processes **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * Working knowledge of relational databases and enterprise software systems * Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data management systems, including data warehousing and business intelligence tools * Knowledge of data governance and data quality principles * Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools, such as Tableau or Power BI * Certification in data management or related field (e.g. Certified Data Administrator, Certified Data Analyst) * Experience with cloud-based data management systems and tools **Skills and Competencies** * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and teamwork * Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy and integrity of data * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in relational databases and enterprise software systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
