**Job Description**
As a remote inbound customer service agent with blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences to our clients' existing customers. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide support to customers via phone calls, using your own computer and headset. Your primary goal will be to deliver outstanding customer service, while also meeting or exceeding performance metrics and targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Provide product and service information to customers, and address any concerns or questions they may have
* Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues, and escalate issues to supervisors or subject matter experts as needed
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets, including first call resolution (FCR), average handle time (AHT), and customer satisfaction (CSAT)
* Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and prioritize tasks
* Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer service
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
* A quiet home office environment, or somewhere quiet to work, with minimal distractions
* A computer with a high-speed internet connection, running Windows 7 or better
* A working headset (with a microphone) that can be used with your computer
* The ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage your workload effectively
* A strong customer service focus, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment
* Familiarity with Google Chrome browser and other productivity tools
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
