About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Customer Service Expert to join our team at blithequark. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Expert at blithequark, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Upselling when required

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred
  • To be over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Ability to navigate Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with blithequark, you will need to provide a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) that meets the following requirements:

  • Windows 10 or later
  • Wired Ethernet LAN connection
  • Internet connection (satellite, wireless, and dial-up ISP are not permitted)
  • A minimum of 4GB RAM

Additionally, your internet connection must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 12.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 3.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required

You will also need to have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
