**Key Responsibilities**
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries from customers, navigating multiple systems to resolve complex healthcare-related issues. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help create positive experiences for our customers and clients, while your punctuality and dependability will be key to our clients' success.
Some of the questions you may receive as a Healthcare Customer Service Representative include:
* What is this authorization charge I see on my credit card after scheduling a visit?
* I'm at the pharmacy to pick up my prescription and they don't have it in their system. Did it get sent?
* I'm not able to sign into my account in the app and I'm not receiving a password reset email. Can you send me one?
* I attempted to schedule a phone visit but was not reached by a provider. Can I switch to a video visit instead?
**What We Look For**
We're looking for people with a passion for helping others, who are naturally empathetic and have the determination to deliver a comprehensive solution to these healthcare-related calls. Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class. You cannot miss a day of training!
* High speed internet
* Distraction-free work environment
* Ability to type 40 words per minute with 96% accuracy
* Great problem-solving skills
* Ability to effectively multi-task
* High school diploma, GED or college degree
* Excellent communication skills
* Availability to work weekends
* Equipment provided and must be hard wired. No Wi-Fi.

**What to Expect**
The training days and hours will be provided during the interview. This client operates 24/7 365 days a year. Production schedules will be given during training. A successful completion of a background check is required for this position.
