About the Role: Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative
We are currently looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about providing top-notch service, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to the success of our clients. Please note that we are currently operating remotely due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with plans to partially return to our office location when it is safe to do so.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an Interpreter over the phone, ensuring seamless communication and support.
- Demonstrate the ability to handle high-volume calls in a pleasant and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements for Success:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A personal computer with a working camera and internet connection, which is required for remote work during the Covid-19 pandemic.
- The ability to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, ensuring that clients feel valued and supported.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software, adapting to our systems and processes with ease.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential, maintaining the trust and confidentiality of our clients.
Note that multi-language capability is not required for this position.
