**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Business Administrator – Strategic Operations and Support, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our global team. You will work closely with our leadership team and other departments to ensure seamless execution of business operations and events. Your primary responsibilities will include:
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide administrative support to the leadership team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Assist with the planning and execution of business events, including conferences, meetings, and workshops
* Manage and maintain accurate records and data, including employee information, financial reports, and other sensitive documents
* Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to acquire goods and services, including office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items
* Oversee the onboarding process for new employees, including setting up office space, equipment, and other necessary resources
* Provide support with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing and submitting expense reports
* Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of business operations and events
* Perform other administrative tasks as required
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in a managerial, business support, or client service role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
