**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and concerns

* Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and effective manner

**Qualifications**
