[Remote] Process Street Project Manager

PURE Property Management is the fastest-growing profitable residential property management and technology company in the U.S. They are seeking a Process Street Project Manager to bring clarity and structure to their operations by maintaining and improving workflows within Process Street. The role involves collaboration with various departments and ensuring seamless process implementation and enhancements. Responsibilities • Maintain, review, and assess reported breaks, additional needs, and enhancements for implementation into the appropriate flow. • Work alongside and maintain a relationship with PURE’s Process Street business representative. • Implement approved processes and programs into all affected flows in Process Street by using the Process Street Policy Change/Update Template sheet. • Maintain all user groups within Process Street. This includes creating a new group for any new office in addition to facilitating staff changes within a group in a timely manner. • Collaborate with PURE’s Process Street Business Consultant to facilitate the development and delivery of new Process Street flows. • Host and facilitate open office hours for all PURE departments and serve as a resource within Slack for guidance requested by PURE departments. • Proactively assess flows for ways to further improve and streamline flows adhering to company policy and state regulations. • Update collateral with operational improvements and publish to the PURE Way Resource Center. • Facilitate the transition of software directly impacting Process Street to ensure that Process Street continues to mirror the step by step process of the software in use. • Maintain tracking sheet of reported breaks, needs, and enhancements to existing flows including but not limited to the Central Command and Central Hub sheets and provide clear and informative direction to the Process Street Coordinator on what needs to be altered within the flows.
