Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a customer-facing professional, you will play a vital role in delivering superior customer experiences to our consumer card members. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and solutions to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide superior customer experience on calls to consumer card members, resolving all customer queries and following established procedures as appropriate
  • Offer options and follow superior service protocols to ensure the best possible solutions and first-call resolution (FCR) to card members
  • Identify the mood, profile, and needs of the customer and leverage that information to provide the most appropriate benefits/products to the customer while being compliant with laid-down guidelines
  • Deliver to customer, employee, and shareholder metrics as per goals, highlighting issues through feedback and recommending changes in workflows, procedures, and service levels based on customer demands
  • Adhere to quality and compliance guidelines, taking quick decisions and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Work effectively in a team environment, as well as independently, to achieve individual and team goals

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills, with excellent verbal communication and customer-focused approach
  • Demonstrated ability to solve customer issues and effectively address service situations, with a strong interest in detail and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, as well as independently, with a strong sense of dependability and self-motivation
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and able to learn new systems and technologies quickly
