**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving complex issues, and driving business growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth. This is a remote position, and you will be required to work from home, using your own computer and internet connection.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior management as needed
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services
* Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive revenue growth

**Essential Qualifications**
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop recommendations
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of energy and motivation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
* Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms

* Experience in the logistics or transportation industry
