About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team, providing top-tier support to our customers during night and weekend shifts. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, maintaining customer accounts, and performing related duties as required. Although this position is currently home-based, you must reside within a commutable distance to our Coppell facility and be willing to attend a half-day onsite onboarding session and potentially work onsite in the future.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering emails, live chats, and phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns.
- Assisting customers in setting up their online shops, designing products, and troubleshooting issues with their ecommerce platforms.
- Helping customers navigate our services, including setup and troubleshooting of their Printful stores and ecommerce platforms.
- Providing product information, order status updates, and resolving any issues that may arise during the customer journey.
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
