Address inquiries, resolve issues, and offer assistance with reservations, flight information, and general inquiries. * **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers have a positive experience with blithequark. * **Communication**: Develop and maintain effective communication with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless customer service delivery. * **Knowledge and Training**: Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products, services, and policies, as well as industry trends and best practices in customer service. * **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with other customer service representatives, management, and other departments to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. * **Quality and Productivity**: Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards, ensuring that customer service delivery is efficient, effective, and of high quality. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or hospitality, is preferred. * **Customer Service Experience**: A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience is required.
