We’re on the hunt for a fully remote estate-planning paralegal who can jump into the deep end with us and keep our drafting engine running smoothly. We use tools like WealthCounsel, DecisionVault, and Lawmatics to keep things efficient and streamlined. We believe smart planning beats stuffy lawyer-speak any day, and we like to have fun while serving families well. What You’ll Do You’ll slide into our virtual office and get rolling fast. Your mission: • Use WealthCounsel to customize estate-planning documents: revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, deeds, kids’ protection plans, ancillary docs, and more. • Support the workflow from intake (via DecisionVault) through drafting, editing, peer review, and finalizing. • Work fully remote (slippers welcome), while staying curious, collaborative, and quick to ask questions when needed. • Bonus: help with Massachusetts probate filings or related court processes, if you’ve got that skill set. • Juggle multiple systems — Google Drive, drafting software, intake tools, and a few other favorites. • Keep everything accurate, consistent, on-brand, and never boring. What You Bring • 3+ years estate-planning paralegal experience preferred (we’ll consider 2+ if you’ve been truly living and breathing this work). • 2+ years using WealthCounsel or similar drafting software — we’re not in training mode for this role. • Strong grasp of wills, trusts, POAs, health-care proxies, and the usual core estate-planning docs. • Bonus: Massachusetts probate court experience (filings, probate, ancillary admin). • Comfortable working fully remote, disciplined, responsive, and able to collaborate virtually and independently. • Organized, proactive, detail-obsessed, and great at tailoring templates to real-world client facts.
