Job Overview

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat, ensuring a positive and memorable experience. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will communicate with new and potential customers, guide them through the shopping experience, answer order questions, and support the team in driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer all customer interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly, relatable, and professional manner
  • Act as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
  • Demonstrate empathy towards customers' needs while understanding the business bottom line and making informed decisions
  • Collect and share feedback with external teams to ensure customer needs are being met and drive continuous improvement
  • Perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift, meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service
  • Access to a consistently stable internet connection, enabling you to work efficiently and effectively in a remote setting
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • A willingness to take on additional projects and support external team members to drive business and customer needs
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and provide innovative solutions to customer queries
