About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As the primary point of contact for our clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, financial representatives, and supporting staff members, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Align with quality and productivity metrics specific to your team's product and service benchmarks

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, including insurance, investment, and financial markets

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree preferred
  • 2+ years of operations and/or service experience in the financial services industry
  • FINRA licensure preferred (SIE, Series 6 & 63)
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Knowledge of insurance, investment, or financial markets
  • Aptitude for understanding technology and how software, systems, and applications influence the customer experience

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the essential qualifications, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and support
  • Strong understanding of FINRA regulations and industry standards
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high degree of flexibility and adaptability
